Continuing Medical Education (CME) / Continuing Nurse Education (CNE) / Continuing Dietetic Education (CDE) / Continuing Education (CE) points will be applied from relevant colleges in Hong Kong.

Letters of invitation to facilitate visa application and immigration procedures in certain countries will be only upon request after completed registration and payment reception. Such letters do not imply financial or other support from the organizer. IDDF attendees must apply for their visa themselves. The organizer cannot do this on their behalf.

Registration
All participants should pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue if they are joining the physical meeting.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the case of a cancellation, IDDF will strictly adhere to the following policy.

Conference Registration:
Cancellation must be made through the Forum Registration Account before 15 June 2024 for a 50% refund. Cancellation made after 15 June 2024 will not receive a refund. Refunds will be arranged after the event and will only be transferred in the method that the payment was originally made. Applicants who request refund through bank transfer are responsible for all applicable bank charges.

Liability
The organizer accepts no liability for personal injures sustained by, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the conference, or during all conference activities. It is therefore recommended that participants arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance. Exhibitors should also arrange their own property loss, damage insurance or any other necessary insurance.

Personal Insurance
IDDF cannot be responsible for health care, dental and ambulance services during its seminars. Therefore, the organizer strongly recommends that participants enroll in comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes. IDDF accepts no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.

Privacy Legislation
During the registration process for IDDF 2024, relevant details will be incorporated into a participants list for the benefit of all participants. Normally this information include name, surname, organization name, job title, country and email address. IDDF may use these details to inform current participants of conference updates or future conferences via email. IDDF may also use its participants’ name, surname, job title and country of origin on its website to inform other participants of its past attendees. Participants are responsible for advising IDDF if they do not wish to have any of this data online.
